DORAEMON'S FAVORITE FOOD....DORAYAKI! / IL CIBO PREFERITO DI DORAEMON...DORAYAKI!

Legend has it Doraemon likes these pancakes:)

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
180 g flour
160 g sugar
1 tablespoon honey
15 g melted butter
a pinch of baking powder
15 g  milk
160 g sugar
200 g  azuki paste  (AN)

Beat the eggs with the sugar.  Add honey, then milk.  Mix in flour and baking powder.  Add butter.  Place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter in tablespoonfuls.  Cook until bubbles form, then cook  the other side for about 1 minute.

Fill the dorayaki with the azuki paste.

If you don't find ready made azuki paste, this is how you can make.

Cook 250 g azuki beans  (pre-soaked) in 800 ml.  water.  When cooked, drain them and put them through a sieve.  Place the sieved azuki in a pan together with 200 g sugar and cook till the paste is dry.

  5. Bonjour Francesca.
